Project overview
The project aimed to design an eye-catching, functional, and unique packaging for Singha Drinking Water's 500ml clear PET bottle. The packaging design needed to convey the brand's commitment to providing pure and refreshing water sourced from the pristine Khao Yai National Park. Additionally, it should resonate with health-conscious consumers and capture their attention on crowded store shelves.
Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a packaging design that would set Singha Drinking Water apart from other bottled water brands. We needed to strike a delicate balance between making the design visually appealing, while also maintaining the brand's image of sophistication and elegance. Furthermore, the design had to reflect the water's source in Khao Yai National Park, communicating its purity and pristine nature.
Solution
Our design team conducted thorough research into the brand's values and target audience to develop a unique solution. We drew inspiration from the majestic landscape of Khao Yai National Park, incorporating a subtle yet powerful mountain range design element into the label. We also utilized a refined color palette that combined shades of blue to evoke a sense of purity and freshness. The iconic Singha lion logo was strategically positioned on the label, reinforcing the brand's heritage and reputation for excellence. To enhance the user experience, we optimized the bottle's shape and cap, ensuring a comfortable grip and easy opening. Additionally, we proposed using eco-friendly materials for the packaging, aligning with Singha Drinking Water's commitment to sustainability.
